ILMED GROUP, which is the holding company of IVI Fans, has a history of 90 years and has reached its current size thanks to the efforts of four generations of entrepreneurs. Part of ILMED GROUP, ILMED VENTILAZIONE INDUSTRIALE (IVI) Srl is located in the north-west of Italy and is an Italian company that has been developing its activity since 1996.
IVI started as a main supplier of cooling tower fans and over the years developed its own market, becoming a well-known brand worldwide for the entire industrial ventilation industry.
In early 2000, the strong growth of the Asian market prompted the top management to explore the possibility of establishing a subsidiary in Asia; thus, Ningbo Ivi Fans Co. Ltd. was born. Using Italian engineering and reasonable prices, Ningbo Ivi Fans Co. Ltd. has become a recognized supplier for various companies in the Far East.
The company has been part of the Cofimco group since July 2025 and has expanded its product range to include modular cooling towers and dry coolers. In connection with this, the company has a new logo.
